Role Overview

​

We are looking for a talented, creative, and highly motivated Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage all social platforms and produce premium visual content. This role is hands-on and requires attending live proposal setups, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and creating high-quality photo and video content aligned with our luxury brand.

This person will also create and deliver paid content packages for our couples, so exceptional photography and videography skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

​

Manage and grow all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals

Post consistently (reels, stories, posts, carousels, BTS, testimonials)

Write engaging captions with strong storytelling and brand tone

Monitor trends and adapt content for each platform

Engage with followers, comments, DMs, and community growth

Track analytics and optimise content performance

Attend proposal setups and events to capture: Behind-the-scenes content, Setup transformations, Emotional moments (pre- and post-proposal)

Shoot high-quality photos and videos for: Social media, Marketing materials, Website use

Edit content for reels, TikToks, stories, and long-form videos

Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic across all visuals

Offer and deliver paid photography & videography packages for couples

Capture proposals professionally and discreetly

Edit and deliver final content in a timely, polished manner

Liaise with clients when required to understand content expectations

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Excellent photography & videography skills (this is non-negotiable)

Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form video)

Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or event brands preferred

Confident filming in live, high-pressure environments

Strong creative eye and attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends when proposals occur)

Self-motivated, organised, and reliable

Comfortable working on-site and independently
